Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products and used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Noirva within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Noirva.
